At The G.O.A.T. L.L.C., we formulate our clinical-grade caprine skincare to the highest standards of purity and efficacy. Due to the biological nature of our ingredients and strict compliance with hygiene and safety protocols, our return policy is strictly enforced.

​General Return Conditions (Retail Only)

To protect the integrity of our supply chain, we only accept returns on unopened, unused products with their original safety seals intact.

​Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original delivery date.

​Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

​Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

​Opened or Used Products (Final Sale)

For sanitary and safety reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used. All opened products are considered Final Sale.

​B2B / Wholesale Accounts

All commercial and wholesale orders (purchased in bulk tier increments) are strictly Final Sale. We do not accept returns on wholesale inventory for buyer's remorse or overstocking.

​Damaged or Defective Fulfillment

We meticulously inspect all outbound shipments. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective due to transit:

​You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

​Email dennis@thegoatcosmetic.com with your order number and clear, well-lit photographs of both the damaged product and the shipping box.

​Upon verification, we will issue a replacement for the compromised units.

​Initiating a Return (Eligible Items Only)

To request a return for an unopened retail item, please contact dennis@thegoatcosmetic.com. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your package. Items mailed back to us without prior authorization will be refused and discarded without a refund.
