Order Processing Times

At The G.O.A.T. L.L.C., we process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

​Retail Orders (Single Units): Standard retail orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.

​B2B / Wholesale Orders (Bulk Increments): Due to the volume and weight of our B2B wholesale cases, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing, quality assurance, and packing before your shipment is dispatched.

​Note: Processing time is separate from the transit time required by the shipping carrier.

​Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We utilize live, auto-calculated shipping rates at checkout to ensure you pay the exact cost of shipping based on the weight, dimensions, and final destination of your order.

​To view your shipping cost, simply add your desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once you enter your shipping address, the system will automatically display the available shipping carrier options and their respective delivery speeds and costs.

​Wholesale and Heavy Freight Deliveries

Our skincare formulations, particularly when ordered in wholesale increments of 20 units or more, result in heavy shipments. For exceedingly large B2B orders, standard parcel carriers may not be the most efficient option. In these instances, we reserve the right to contact you directly to arrange specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight shipping and adjust shipping costs accordingly to ensure safe and economical delivery.

​Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.

​Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We meticulously pack all clinical-grade formulations to withstand transit.

​Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dennis@thegoatcosmetic.com with clear photographs of the damage.

​Lost or Stolen: If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the respective carrier directly to file a claim. The G.O.A.T. L.L.C. is not responsible for packages that are stolen from your property after a confirmed delivery.

​International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping options are available for your region, they will automatically populate at checkout. International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by their local government.
